For attorneys seeking to recover noneconomic damages for victims of personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death...

ABOUT ANDREW

My work in exhibit production began when my aunt's father died while at a care facility in Pennsylvania. He needed assistance to go to the bathroom, and he believed that if he continued to press the call button, then someone would help him, but no one came. In pain, he struggled to get up from bed and move across the room, but he lost control of his bladder. He slipped, fell, and hit his head. He died slowly . . . cold and alone in a pool of his own urine. My aunt was devastated but didn't take legal action because she was told it was an accident. I was angry and wanted to learn more about negligence and the settlement process, but I soon realized that her father's story would never really be told, and the care facility wouldn’t be held accountable. I was not ok with this. So in 2013, I started working with attorneys who leverage video to maximize recoveries for victims of negligence.

TESTIMONIAL

Atty. Shollenberger shares his thoughts after viewing the presentation I produced for his med. mal. client which included interviews, home survey, ADLs, NEDs, and deposition vignettes that resulted in a very successful and confidential settlement for the family.

TRIAL EXHIBIT

I produced this family impact statement (exhibit P43) for presentation at the close of The Brown Family's 10-day medical malpractice trial that involved >20 doctors and nurses across 2 major medical centers. Several versions were produced including a 2-hr. case summary; a 50-min. mediation presentation; and this 18-min. trial presentation. All were instrumental in achieving a $2M mediation settlement and $16M jury verdict in Dauphin County, PA in 2018. This was the final trial edit following all sustained Defense objections.

"You didn't do a good job - you did an amazing job. This presentation was essential to our $18M recovery."

Robin Marzella, Esq. | Brown -V- Reading Hospital, et al.

"Thank you for helping us tell our story during this difficult time. We feel better knowing our voices have been heard."

PURPOSE

The goal of every presentation is to satisfy the court's evidentiary standard for awarding noneconomic damages (NEDs) at their greatest values. This documentary style approach combines Plaintiff interviews, pre-injury photos / videos, ADLs, and lifestyle changes to produce an exhibit presentation modeled after the most influential structure in story history - The Hero's Journey.

PROCESS

Work begins by understanding the story. Then I explore potential supporting visuals with the client and draft an interview outline. When the outline and visuals have been approved, we'll schedule a day to produce the interview.I travel with a portable interview kit optimized for in-home use. I attach an iPad and two-way mirror to the front of my pro camera (like a teleprompter). Then the interviewing attorney joins the conversation via Zoom. The attorney and supporting visuals are displayed on-screen for the witness to help guide the narrative. This configuration focuses the witness's eyes directly into the lens (also the eyes of the jury) for maximum impact. Then I capture the discussed ADLs, hardships, and other relevant visuals while at location. The interview and visuals are edited according to the outline with callouts, highlights, and music to look and sound professional. Review is easy with private online access where edit notes can be made directly in the video player.

PRICING

Every case is different so let’s talk about it. If I can add value, then I’ll prepare a proposal.

I produce clear and convincing video exhibits and presentations that 1) resolve cases faster 2) recover damages at higher values and 3) generate firm revenues equal to some of the better performing attorneys in the country. Asking the jury to imagine your client's pain is borderline malpractice and hiring a videographer to make a cheap demonstrative is an expensive mistake. The benefits of this special work are best realized as a full-time member of your team, and I'm willing to travel or relocate to serve clients. Let's talk about it.
